Healthy and natural gastronomy on the most difficult railway route in the world.

The Mirador Nariz del Diablo restaurant is located above the Sibambe station, on the Alausí-Nariz del Diablo train route, this allows you to have a privileged view of the Puñuna condor mountain and the railway considered the most difficult in the world. A path built with old train sleepers leads to the La Posada del Diablo viewpoint where you can see the zigzag that the Ecuadorian train makes to ascend and descend the mountain.

This establishment was built by Maquita to support community tourism in the Tolte community, its construction allows for a cozy atmosphere, its large windows allow you to contemplate the surroundings while enjoying the gastronomic options offered, whose raw material comes from the farms and organic community gardens.

Capacity for 50 people in the two areas available in the restaurant, its gastronomic offer contains tourist menus and à la carte dishes, options for vegetarians, vegans and typical food, prepared with safety and quality standards.
